House Rules

Check-in Requirements: 🪪 ID 📑 Guest rental agreement 💳 Damage Deposit 📋 House Rules • No parties or loud noise (quiet hours 11 PM–7 AM) • £250 fine for disturbances or smoking • £100 fee for lost keys The guest agrees to abide by the following house rules:  1. No smoking is allowed inside the property.  2. No drugs or illegal substances are allowed in the property or surrounding area, including garden/car park.  3. No open flames or candles allowed inside the property.  4. Pets are not permitted without prior approval (extra charges apply). 5. Parties or events are strictly prohibited.  6. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6, and the correct number should be registered at the time of booking. If a change of plan occurs after the booking, this should be reported to the host, and consent should be given in writing.  7. No visitors are allowed into the property at any time, the number of guests should not exceed the maximum allowed in the property (point 6).  8. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property during their stay.  9. Any damage or breakage must be reported to the host immediately.  10. Check out time is 10am unless agreed in writing by the host. Any time past 10am in the property that has not been agreed in writing, will occur a charge of £20 per hour.  11. Guests are responsible for complying with the quiet times between 11 pm and 7 am.  12. The property is monitored with external security systems such as CCTV 24/7 on the front door. Guests are not allowed to intervene by disconnecting them or blocking them. If this occur, guests might be contacted immediately to fix the issue and if an emergency security call is needed, guests will be charged.  13. Guests are responsible for keeping the keys of the property safe, and in case of loss full amount of deposit will be held. Keys are to be returned to the appropriate lock box & the lock box to be locked upon departure 14. If any of the above rules are not followed, full amount of deposit will be held by the Host. 15. Please turn off lights & heating prior to checking out.

Lovely stay for one night. Central to town centre and easy to follow directions to find the property. Secure parking where you are able to see your vehicle from the property window. Very clean and spacious, comfy beds with practical kitchen area.
